1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and bc88 ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the bc88 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms stated herein.

• Geographic Region: It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of BC88 services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any prohibition on gambling.

BC88 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts if inaccurate information or fraud is detected during the verification process.

3. Account Management

As a bc88 member, you are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Notifying bc88 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur, especially your phone number and email address for verification purposes.
• Ensuring your account is not accessed or used by any third party for any reason.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to maintenance fees or archived in accordance with BC88's current policy. Members wishing to reactivate an archived account may contact BC88 support.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit limits are determined by the selected payment method and can be reviewed on the deposit page within your account.

• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the last deposit or a verified bank account held in the same member's name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

Members may also close their own accounts at any time by contacting BC88 support. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process, provided no related terms have been violated.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bc88's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendment of Terms

BC88 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via:
